Core Functions

Step 1: Blanking. Large stamping presses and molds are used to punch and cut large galvanized steel sheets into the required external shape and size for the guard plate.

Step 2: Forming. The flat steel plate is processed through bending or deep stamping techniques to create a three-dimensional structure, reinforcing ribs, or specific curved shapes. This significantly enhances the rigidity of the guard plate, making it resistant to deformation upon impact.
