5. Stamping and Punching

6. Welding and Joining

• Various welding techniques like MIG, TIG, or spot welding are used to join metal parts together. Welding ensures a strong bond between different metal sections.

7. Surface Treatment

• After the part is formed, surface treatments are applied to improve durability and corrosion resistance. This can include powder coating, anodizing, painting, or electroplating.
